Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels to resolve their concerns, build trust, and drive satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and instant messages to resolve customer concerns and issues

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process and update customer accounts, and file documents accurately
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers, identify opportunities for growth, and provide personalized solutions
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team and drive business objectives

Qualifications

* At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Proactive and confident with keen attention to details

Technical Requirements

* USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule

* US work hours (20-40 hours per week)

  • Remote work arrangement, with flexibility to work from home

Salary

* Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to $3,200

  • Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to $4,000
  • Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to $5,000
