Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on providing excellent customer care and support

Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including up-selling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
Utilize basic computer skills and experience to navigate our systems and tools

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
