Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote (Flexible) Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Calling warm leads and setting appointments with potential clients
  • Meeting with clients over the phone to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Working closely with our team of mentors and trainers to develop your sales and customer support skills
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our business

Key Responsibilities

* Call warm leads and set appointments with potential clients

  • Meet with clients over the phone to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with our team of mentors and trainers to develop your sales and customer support skills
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and customer support
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Proven success in sales and customer support (preferably in the insurance industry)

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, disciplined, and driven to succeed
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and customer support tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Licensed Life and Health Agent (we'll assist you in obtaining your license if you're not already licensed)

  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and meetings

Compensation and Benefits

As a Remote (Flexible) Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Base salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Commission: up to 100% commission on sales
