Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • A customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to providing a positive customer experience and resolution
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
