Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with efficiency and accuracy
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while providing exceptional customer service
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and experience with software applications, including CRM systems and email management tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
