Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative (Hybrid) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our private brand customers, resolving equipment issues, and answering product application questions. You'll work closely with internal sources to solve equipment issues, maintain knowledge of all private brand customers, and process warranty registrations. Your strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and chat requests to assist customers with equipment issues and questions

  • Conduct research for new products and model information to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Communicate with end-users and internal sources to resolve equipment issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of all private brand customers, including their products, applications, and installation requirements
  • Enter orders, check the status of orders, and update customers on back-order items
  • Process warranty registrations and dispatch service providers as needed
  • Assist in training service providers, distributors, reps, and outside sales on equipment and product applications
  • Report issues back to the correct departments to improve equipment and product development
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose service equipment issues, including reading electrical and hydraulic flow diagrams
  • Provide product application information, including installation, change intervals, and where to purchase

Essential Qualifications

* Two years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in the automotive industry

  • General automotive knowledge, including understanding of vehicle systems and components
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers
  • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Access)
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with private brand customers and understanding of their products and applications

  • Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, including flow diagrams and troubleshooting techniques
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
