Key Responsibilities

- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account changes, ensuring seamless communication and resolution

Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
