Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, navigating complex topics, and working to remove roadblocks to customer requests. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Navigate complex topics and provide clear, concise information to clients
- Work to remove roadblocks to customer requests and educate clients on the correct process for receiving information
- Process and manage customer accounts, including direct deposit changes and address updates
- Assist family members and beneficiaries with claims processes and answer account information
- Utilize Windows-based operating systems to navigate and resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
- 1-2 years of Microsoft Suite experience, with a strong understanding of Windows-based operating systems
- Call center experience is strongly preferred, but not required
- Intermediate computer literacy and ability to navigate complex software systems
- Ability to work from home with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace
- Ability to use video during interviews and training sessions
- Availability to work during business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business needs
- Ability to attend training and nesting sessions at our Warwick, RI office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
