Job Description
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This will involve answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's high standards
- Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in every interaction
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Upsell products or services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolutions
- Must reside in California, with a strong preference for those living in the Coachella area
