Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering. You will also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers! - Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Compensation and Perks
