Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as the main point of contact for arenaflex customers via phone, email, live chat, text, and other channels.
- Quickly becoming an expert in the arenaflex product suite and providing exceptional support to customers.
- Resolving customer inquiries and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintaining a quality rating by following procedure and acting in the customer's best interest.
- Recording all interactions with customers in the provided CRM system.
- Meeting evolving department goals and metrics.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1-year experience providing support in a customer service environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
- Great communication skills, both internally with team members and externally with customers.
- Strong time-management skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to providing optimal customer support.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills
While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:
- College degree.
- Experience working with Zendesk or similar CRM system.
- Appreciation for the outdoors (arenaflex is a leader in game feeders and cellular camera innovation!).
- Coachable, empathetic mindset.
- Ability to multitask.
Essential Job Functions
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll need to:
- Demonstrate outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Possess good problem-solving skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Work in a team-oriented environment.
- May require sitting for long periods of time.
