Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide product information, resolve customer issues, and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Utilize excellent customer care and focus to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including up-selling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with a strong understanding of software applications and technology
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Must reside in California
