Job Summary
As a Customer Success & Retention Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying and resolving customer issues, and driving business growth through retention and upselling. You'll work closely with our sales team, partners, and customers to ensure a seamless experience and provide in-depth advice on hearing loss solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and resolve customer issues, working closely with the sales team and partners to find solutions
- Develop individualized solutions to meet customer needs, driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Act as a liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers
- Communicate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers
- Provide in-depth advice on hearing loss solutions, helping customers make informed decisions about their hearing care
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
What You'll Need

- Proficiency in Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, and Chrome, with a willingness to learn new systems and technology
