Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues
- Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide customers with relevant information and solutions
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions for their needs
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Must reside in California
