Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting virtually with clients who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits from arenaflex. Your role will involve:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer
- Scheduling Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and preferences
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
- Providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
- Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
- Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and implement customized benefit plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that clients receive the best possible benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of benefits
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the supplemental benefits industry or a related field
- Certification in a related field, such as insurance or benefits administration
- Fluency in a second language
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
