Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
• Develop product and solutions expertise to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
