Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers, answering inbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Understand and apply arenaflex policies and procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
• Demonstrate a strong phone presence, handling calls with confidence and poise
• Achieve high satisfaction ratings on customer surveys
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
• Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and support

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17-18.90/hour, with opportunities to increase take-home pay

• Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives, including career advancement opportunities and flexible scheduling
• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
• Earn up to an additional $3.50/hour when working non-traditional hours
• Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential
