What We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:
- Must reside in Virginia: We're looking for individuals who are based in Virginia and can work from home.
- Must be at least 18 years old: We're committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment for all our team members.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required: We're looking for individuals who have a strong foundation in education and are eager to learn and grow.
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience: We're looking for individuals who have experience in customer service or a related field.
- Must have open availability during operating hours: We're a 24/7 operation, and we need team members who can work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional customer service aptitude is essential: We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

- Self-paced Learner: Ability to independently study and successfully pass the state insurance exam following comprehensive paid training provided by arenaflex, which includes coverage of the exam fee.
Home Setup Requirements
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required. No wireless or 5G internet packages are permitted.
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production. You cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
