Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research and development efforts. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our research studies are conducted with precision and integrity. This is a remote work opportunity that offers the flexibility and autonomy you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that research studies are conducted with precision and integrity
- Conduct research studies, including single-session and multi-session studies, as required
- Participate in online discussions and in-person studies, as needed
- Provide feedback on products and services, as requested by our sponsors and partners
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
- Collaborate with our research team to ensure that studies are conducted with precision and integrity
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, sales, or sales support
- Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, or a related field
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
- Experience with online research studies and surveys
