Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate product and solutions information, and provide legendary service to our customers. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
