Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Selling insurance products and services to customers, including explaining policy details and answering questions
- Meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
* Must reside in Virginia
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Must have open availability during operating hours
- Professional customer service aptitude is essential
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Home Setup Requirements
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/ No 5G internet packages
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training
