Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, including those related to product information and troubleshooting
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
  • Upsell products or services as needed to meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple customer interactions
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer issues
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
