The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a key member of our content management team, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and managing large volumes of information related to our content database, customer feedback, and internal reports. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our data.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input and update data in our Content Management System (CMS) and spreadsheets

  • Maintain and organize digital files and documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
  • Assist with reports and basic data analysis, providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Perform routine data audits to ensure quality, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with our content team to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Ideal Profile

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 50 WPM)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Prior data entry experience is a plus, but not required
