Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive prompt, accurate, and empathetic support that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, and respond accordingly
  • Document and record customer interactions, account changes, and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Adhere to all customer service procedures, policies, and guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field (minimum 1 year)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex products or services

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
