Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in both English and Spanish. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. You'll be working in a fast-paced call center environment, using world-class technology to process customer orders and inquiries. You'll also be responsible for communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
