Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. You will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a helpful and empathetic manner
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our customer interactions
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
- Upsell products and services as needed to meet customer needs and increase revenue
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a positive experience
Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
