Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide support
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services to answer customer questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials is a plus
* Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Compensation and Perks
* Pay from $24 to $28 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!
