Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and solutions questions, and providing legendary service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation

* Competitive hourly rate of $25-$29 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement

  • Shift differential of $2 per hour for evening shifts
  • Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week
