Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, and your role will be to resolve their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
- Up-sell and cross-sell products and services to customers as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
