Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to become a product and solutions expert, so you can confidently answer customer questions and provide personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional support
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing personalized solutions to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
