Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous Collections Experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Basic office mathematics and general computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Previous Experience with SAP and/or Speedpay is a plus, but not essential
