Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via chat, email, and phone. You'll be the voice of our brand, helping customers navigate our products and services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to our clients via chat, email, and phone, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Learn our products and services inside and out, using that knowledge to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions
  • Take notes, track trends, and log tickets to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Be the voice of our customers, advocating for their needs and providing feedback to our product team
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, using that knowledge to improve our support processes and deliver exceptional experiences

What You Bring to the Table

* You live in the U.S. and have legal authorization to work here

  • You're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • You're tech-fluent, with experience navigating support platforms like Zendesk or Intercom
  • You're detail-obsessed, organized, and allergic to just okay customer service
  • You've got a voice (written and spoken) that's clear, empathetic, and maybe even a little fun
  • You've spent at least 1 year in a customer-facing role and you've got stories to prove it
