Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities, where applicable.
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring that all customers receive the support they require.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms.
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to multitask, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions.
  • Must reside in California.
