Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving complex customer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
- Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and recommendations
- Utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to customer concerns
- Adhering to company and departmental guidelines to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of customer service experience (minimum)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred)
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless remote experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
