Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality results
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate records
- Upsell products or services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating as necessary
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
