Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, including product information and troubleshooting assistance
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide additional support as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide additional support as required

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
