Job Summary

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and navigating customers through our website and online ordering process. With a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently, you'll be the face of arenaflex and embody our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product information
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering process to ensure seamless experiences
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
