Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
