Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering client inquiries and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns through empathetic and effective communication
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex problems
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and account changes
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals
Key Responsibilities:
* Excellent customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Able to up-sell if needed
- Able to schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
