Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing personalized support to our customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings. You'll assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options, respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims, and schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options
- Respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims
- Schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers
- Maintain product knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
- 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally

* Previous customer service or insurance experience (not required)
