Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering calls for billing and coordinating first notice of loss claims
- Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and agents
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to make good business decisions without guidance, but escalating when needed
- Strong sense of accountability and proven ability to problem-solve
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to be on the phone for extended periods of time
- Ability to take constructive feedback from peers and supervisors
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software packages

Preferred Qualifications
