Job Summary
As an Experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research and development initiatives. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, conducting research, and participating in online focus groups and product testing. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and work with a talented team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
- Conduct research and participate in online focus groups and product testing
- Provide feedback and insights to inform our research and development initiatives
- Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve data entry issues
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish language skills a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory

* Experience with data entry software and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with online research and product testing methodologies
