Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their queries.
• Providing A+ customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported.
• Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail to ensure seamless transactions.
• Working with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service, building strong relationships to drive growth and loyalty.
• Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the essential requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in an Independent Agency setting.
• Active P&C License, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the industry.
• Stellar communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve complex issues.
• Insane attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
• Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
