Growing together This position will support the digital and marketing services team with collateral development, client services, approval process management and project administration. Primarily supports projects under direction while continuing to build marketing and regulatory knowledge through hands on experience and guided learning.

  • Candidates are expected to:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of marketing principles, including brand consistency, audience focused messaging, and basic campaign development across digital and print channels
  • Apply marketing best practices while actively building skills through hands on project support and continuous learning
  • Have working familiarity with supporting marketing materials for multiple stakeholders
  • Apply established guidelines to ensure accuracy, readability, and consistency

  • from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and investigates
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
  • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
  • Investigates non- standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
  • Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
  • Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

  • 2+ years of practical work experience in marketing, preferably healthcare
  • Proven organized and able to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Proven detail-oriented
  • Proven solid copywriting skills
  • Proven solid grammar and punctuation skills
  • Proven to work within a group or independently

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
