As a member of the Personal Lines Team, you will work with multiple carriers and customers to create an outstanding service experience. Position Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST- 5:30 PM EST Education Required: Current P&C producer license Experience Required: 2 Years minimum Job Responsibilities: · Optimizing Customer Service and Client Relationships by consistently providing the highest level of professionalism and politeness to optimize customer service · Prioritize email responses by thoroughly reviewing and understanding clients' needs to provide accurate and tailored responses · Policy Management - Obtain all necessary details to ensure endorsements are processed accurately and efficiently · Process payments and provide clear and comprehensive explanations to insured's billing questions · Document and process policy cancellations properly · Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure for underwriting accuracy as well as identify opportunities for savings · Address company recommendations with insureds to meet carrier compliance requirements · Navigate agency management system using proper workflows. Maintain up-to-date client files by attaching documentation, generating and sending evidences of insurance such as binders and ID cards, as well as reviewing carrier downloads for accuracy Skills and Specifications: To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: · Self-motivated with a drive to expand their insurance knowledge · Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills · Solid work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service · Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure professional and concise communication · Demonstrate an ability to develop trust and credibility easily and quickly to establish rapport · Must possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience and a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License · Experience with Applied EPIC a plus Salary and Benefits: Pay: $45,000 to $52,000 per year Paid Time off, Group Health Insurance, short- and long-term disability, vision coverage and life insurance.
