What You'll Do
As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be instrumental in driving the use of analytics as a key revenue driver. Your contributions will directly impact our recruitment efforts, customer conversions, and business growth across multiple newly expanded global tiering initiatives. - Build Comprehensive Analyses and Dashboards: Develop detailed examinations, dynamic data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to operations and decision-making for sign-up and business product spaces. Your work will empower leadership to make informed, data-backed decisions quickly and confidently.
- Answer Critical Business Questions: Serve as the primary analytical expert on various conversion streams across our platforms. Provide deep analytical insights to improve customer experience, optimize conversion funnels, and drive measurable improvements in key performance metrics.
- Advance Analytical Capabilities: Lead initiatives to elevate the analytical maturity of the organization. Collaborate on the design of innovative analytical solutions and deliver exceptional data insights and products that solve complex business challenges.
- Leverage Advanced Tools and Technologies: Utilize industry-leading data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access, manipulate, and analyze both structured and unstructured data sets. Build robust data pipelines and automated reporting solutions that scale with business needs.
- Apply Statistical Methods: Employ descriptive and inferential statistical techniques including t-tests, chi-square tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression modeling, and factor analysis to understand cohort behaviors and values. - Drive End-to-End Analysis Projects: Take ownership of analytical projects from initial requirements gathering through final implementation. Transform ambiguous business questions into compelling narratives, present findings across diverse audiences, and deliver measurable business results.
