- Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience in sales administration and benefits administration is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
