Help emerging artists grow audiences and sell out shows. youbloom is seeking creative Artist Growth Interns to support artist campaigns, fan engagement, audience growth, and content marketing for our live event ecosystem. You’ll help create:

After three years, the song contest evolved in 2013 into youbloomDublin, an annual showcase music festival and conference in Dublin, Ireland, featuring 91 artists/bands from 11 countries. In 2014, youbloomLA, a parallel annual music festival and conference, was launched. youbloom is now connected to thousands of artists and hundreds of music industry leaders and companies. youbloomConnect Shows In 2018, the company conceived youbloomConnect—curated, high-quality live and online music shows for emerging artists, with audiences of 75 to 300 in unique local venues. These shows are delivered by local youbloom promoters called CityReps and are enhanced by youbloom algorithms that increase the connectedness of fans, artists, and CityReps.
