The Lead Setter will play a critical role in identifying and engaging prospective clients, scheduling consultations, and managing the early stages of client relationships. Primary responsibilities include outbound calls to potential leads, responding to inquiries, maintaining detailed records in a CRM, and collaborating with team members to optimize the lead conversion process. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, strong communication, and a results-driven attitude to support Ignite Test Prep's mission of academic excellence.
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
- Ability to manage and schedule appointments using CRM tools or similar technology
- Goal-oriented mindset with experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing
- Organized and attentive to details, with a capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment
- Prior experience with appointment setting or telemarketing is beneficial but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory
