Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into engaging visual narratives.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual mock-ups to illustrate design concepts.
• Ensure all motion graphic assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Stay current with industry trends, software, and best practices in motion graphics and animation.
• Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance overall visual strategy and execution.
• Optimize graphic assets for different platforms and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (including expressions and plugins)
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, anticipation, etc.)
• Solid grasp of graphic design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Proven ability to conceptualize and storyboard creative ideas
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A strong online portfolio showcasing diverse motion graphics work

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field
